Your photos belong to you, Lomo only uses them to print and ship them to your address, and any personal data shared with Lomo is strictly and only used for delivering the Lomo service.
Photos taken with the Lomo app are and will always remain your property.
Lomo uses the photos strictly for printing and shipping.
Once printed, Lomo deletes the photos from their system.
Lomo uses your personal information solely to provide photo delivery services.
Your personal information may be shared with third-paries for the purpose of providing these services, like payment processing and printing.

Ownership of Photos
The Lomo team acknowledges that any photographs taken with the Lomo camera app are the sole property of the photographer (you). Lomo does not claim any ownership of the images captured using the app.
Use of Photos
Lomo uses the photographs taken with the app exclusively for the purpose of providing the printing and shipping services that have been requested by you. Lomo does not use these photos for any other purpose.
Protection and Deletion of Photos
To preserve your privacy, the Lomo team ensures that photos are deleted from Lomo’s servers after the printing process is complete and the photographs have been shipped.
Use of Personal Information
Lomo collects the personal information necessary to fulfill the service of delivering printed photos. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, address, and payment details. Your payment is processed by Stripe, and your address is shared with the suppliers and shipping services required to deliver your printed photos.
Third Parties
Lomo only shares your personal information with the third parties essential for the execution of the service. Your personal information is not used for other purposes, nor is it sold.
