Purchase prints of the photos you take
Receive physical prints of your photos by mail after completing a roll of film within the app
Not allowed
Use Lomo for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Share or create content that infringes on the rights of others or Lomo
Damage or exploit any part of the service for unauthorized commercial purposes
Hold Lomo liable in case of any damages as a result of using the Lomo-service.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Lomo camera app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Lomo reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
Description of Service
Lomo is a camera app that allows you to take photos, which can be purchased and are delivered to you in print form once you’ve filled up a digital roll of film via the app.
User Registration
To access Lomo’s services, you may be required to provide information about yourself. You agree that any registration information given to Lomo will always be accurate and up to date.
Privacy Policy
All information provided by you is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of your information.
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for all photographs or other content you create through Lomo. You agree to use the Lomo service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
Intellectual Property Rights
All Lomo content, logos, trademarks, and service marks are owned by Lomo or its licensors. You may not use any of these without prior written permission from Lomo.
Limitation of Liability
Lomo’s total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount you have paid Lomo, if any, for the service during the term of your usage of the Lomo service.
Termination and modifications
Lomo may terminate your access to all or any part of the service at any time. Lomo reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eindhoven, The Netherlands. By using the Lomo app, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms of Service, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.
